From a small office in Bangalore, Priyanka has built an impressive and talented network of women artisans across southern India. She is a driven and inspiring entrepreneur on a mission to help women realize their true value and potential. She even named her company after a mythological female warrior who fights for the prosperity of her family and community. Since 2015, Priyanka’s all-women team has grown to over 190 artisans who manage the entire production and supply chain from top to bottom. Despite deeply ingrained social and cultural norms, this group of women are daring to be financially independent.
