Shipping and Returns
We will ship your order (if available) within 2-4 business days after receipt. Please allow more time during trade show seasons. Each item is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped via UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service. Creative Women is not responsible for delays caused by weather or the shipping service used. For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duty, brokerage and/or clearance charges.
If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot credit for orders if we have shipped and tracking information shows delivery has been made. Please consider the security of your delivery location and the ship method you select when placing your order. Please provide an email address at the time of order to receive an email tracking notification. Neither Creative Women nor our third party shipping companies can be responsible for stolen packages.
We accept returns for damaged products if notified within 30 days of receipt of your delivery. Please contact us to request a credit or replacement. In the case of damaged or defective merchandise, Creative Women will issue a call tag for the product return if necessary.
In all other instances where returns are requested other than for damaged items, the customer is responsible for return postage. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. Refunds will be made once goods are received in re-sellable condition. Refunds will be made for merchandise only (not shipping costs).
Any shortages must be reported to Creative Women within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.
